The finest German engineered high power diode technology.
For Pain Free, High Speed Hair Removal with Vascular Leg Vein Options.
Effective in Skin Rejuvenation by destroying old skin cells in target area and stimulating collagen remodeling.
German engineered high power diode technology delivers pain free, high-speed hair removal with vascular leg vein options. Unlike other laser hair removal machines, the MeDioStar Next is clinically proven, stronger, faster, smaller, and safer.
Treatments include high-speed hair removal, vascular treatment including leg veins, skin rejuvenation, tightening and lightening, and acne. All skin types can benefit from this Laser Hair Removal Machine.
-Precision: Lasers can selectively target dark, coarse hairs while leaving the surrounding skin undamaged. Predictability: Most patients have permanent hair loss after an average of three to seven sessions.
If you are planning on undergoing laser hair removal, you should limit plucking, waxing, and electrolysis for six weeks before treatment. That’s because the laser targets the hairs’ roots, which are temporarily removed by waxing or plucking. You should also avoid sun exposure for six weeks before and after treatment. Sun exposure makes laser hair removal less effective and makes complications after treatment more likely.

Thanks to the highly reliable diode technology and the user-friendly interface, even less-experienced users can become confident appliers of the most advanced hair removal techniques in a few simple steps.
The handpiece of the MeDioStar NeXT PRO comes in a unique combination of wavelengths. This offers physicians greater versatility in assessing the prevalence of darker or fairer phototypes among their patients. A technological innovation developed by Asclepion to satisfy the demands of its clients all over the world.
The MeDioStar NeXT PRO features a handpiece with a spot of 1.4 cm2 and integrated skin cooling, offering flexibility in treating even difficult areas such as the upper lip or bikini line. The integrated skin-cooling system allows the highly efficient pre-cooling of the epidermis, protecting it from the risk of burns. This guarantees the highest degree of comfort for both the patient and the user.
The MeDioStar NeXT PRO handpiece is fitted with a system that cools the area to be treated immediately before emitting the pulse, guaranteeing greater comfort and safety for the patient during treatment. A monitoring system inside the laser device regulates the cooling level, always keeping the skin temperature low and ensuring painless and extremely delicate treatment for all skin types.
Thanks to the TAPER technology, a special quartz fiber bundle developed by Asclepion, the laser beam is transmitted in a very uniform way, guaranteeing the even treatment of the treated areas. Thanks to the uniform distribution of energy and the square-shaped beam, there are no gaps between the spots and no zones that are hotter or cooler than others. This guarantees safe treatment with very low risk of side effects.
Thanks to the diode technology and to variable pulse length (up to 400ms), MeDioStar NeXT PRO allows the treatment of all skin types (I to VI), including tanned skin. The increased pulse duration combined with skin cooling prevents thermal damage, such as burning, to the epidermis. There is no more need to suspend the treatment during the summer and not to treat very dark skin types; thanks to MeDioStar NeXT PRO, all patients can count on the best results.
Thanks to SmoothPulse mode, the treatment is faster than ever and still painless. With a selectable frequency up to 12 Hz, MeDioStar NeXT PRO is the fastest hair removal system on the market.
The MeDioStar NeXT PRO goes beyond mere hair removal, also demonstrating its great versatility and user-friendliness in other fields of application, such as the removal of benign vascular lesions.
The new MeDioStar NeXT PRO is built as a tabletop device, offering more features in a smaller box. In addition, we offer a storage trolley that fits underneath the device.
The MeDioStar NeXT PRO has a built-in 8.4” full color TFT touch screen display that features improved software with parameter suggestions, a picture and video library and treatment information.
The laser creates a beam of high-intensity light that penetrates deep into skin tissue where it delivers a controlled amount of targeted therapeutic heat. Candela’s patented Dynamic Cooling Device™ (DCD™) technology protects the upper layers of your skin with a cooling burst of cryogen. Together, the long-pulse laser and DCD cooling offer optimal treatment with minimal side effects.
Treatment will take place in your practitioner’s office. You will wear safety eyewear to protect your eyes from the laser light. Your practitioner will guide the laser to the treatment areas with a small handpiece. Each laser pulse may be preceded by a short pulse of cooling spray. A treatment could take as little as a few minutes to as long as an hour, depending on the area and condition being treated.
Some patients may feel a slight discomfort with each laser pulse, sometimes described as the snapping of a rubber band on the skin. This discomfort resolves in several seconds and is minimized by Candela’s DCD cooling. For some patients, a topical anesthetic may be used prior to treatment. Be sure to discuss this with your practitioner.
The number of sessions depends on the treatment you require and the condition of your skin. For hair removal, multiple treatments are required, as the process is most effective when the hair follicle is in its active growth phase. Many factors impact the efficacy of individual laser treatments, including the severity of the condition being treated.
Patients scheduled for hair removal should avoid plucking, electrolysis or hair waxing for six weeks prior to treatment. If you have had a history of herpes simplex virus and are scheduled for facial hair treatment, prophylactic antiviral therapy may be prescribed. Also, any hair should be completely removed by shaving, and your skin should be thoroughly cleaned and dried, removing any makeup, creams, oils, topical anesthetics or skin tanning products before laser treatment. The intended treatment area should not be exposed to sunlight or tanning booth light for 14 days prior to treatment.
A cool compress or gel pack may be applied for comfort following your treatment. Any redness or swelling should resolve within a few hours.
After laser treatment, prevent sun exposure by applying sunblock (SPF 30 or above). In the first few days after treatment, don’t scrub or rinse the treated areas with abrasive skin cleansers. Your practitioner may advise additional precautions.
Your risks are minimal. Side effects may include redness, swelling, hyperpigmentation, hypopigmentation, blistering, and purpura (a laser bruise), in the treated area—these usually do not last more than a few days. Permanent side effects are rare. Be sure to discuss potential side effects with your provider.
Most insurance companies do not offer reimbursement for cosmetic procedures. Consult your insurance carrier for conclusive information.
